Due to Covid-19 and limit on gatherings in BC from (BC public health) maximum 20 patrons allowed in the event including children and adult.
Private party’s are booked after 6pm (6pm-8pm)
10 Children, 10 adults (No more than 20 people including adult and children or mix & match)
Client is responsible to sign a waiver and record individual name, email & phone number of all the guest(invitees) prior to the event.
Event Includes 2 hours of rental space only (self setup & self cleaning after the event). Only buffet tables will be provided in the package.
Additional hour can be purchase($50) in advance or on the day of event, if you are over 2 hour limit, additional hour charge($50) will be applied to the final bill.
Client will be responsible for their own supply including table cloth, plates cutlery, napkins, decoration etc. (Due to covid-19, employee will be less involved)
Client will be responsible for their own cleaning prior leaving event/party area.
(After party cleaning service is available at additional cost of $30)
Use of big screen- free - bring your own USB(Only photos can be played)
You are allowed to bring your own food. Strictly *No Outside Pizza is Permitted* Our whole menu(Food & Beverage) is open to order.

Any outside food use in the event, host/client is responsible for managing food safe & any allergies to their guest, please update on duty staff for anyone is allergic certain ingredients if food purchase in house.
